There Are Several Potential Breakout Catalysts In Play Right Now

Ready for this... KULR Technology Group NYSE KULR has multiple Wall Street Analysts covering the stock because they predict major upside potential.

Litchfield Hills Research recently issued an Analyst report putting a $7.00 price target on KULR.

Taglich Brothers recently issued an Analyst report putting a $5.00 price target on KULR.

In the Investment Research Report Below, Taglich Brothers Analyst John Nobile discusses how KULR is on the cusp of a significant ramp in revenue due primarily to the companys investments in high growth areas such as energy storage, e-mobility, and the safe transportation of lithium-ion batteries. A large order from Volta and the acquisition of IP rights from Centropy should support our revised projection for 2022 and initial forecast for 2023. He believes Voltas battery storage requirements could equate to revenue of at least $80 Million from this order in 2023.

KULR is on the cusp of a significant ramp in revenue due primarily to the companys investments in high growth areas such as energy storage, e-mobility, and the safe transportation of lithium-ion batteries.

A large order from Volta and the acquisition of IP rights from Centropy should support our revised projection for 2022 and initial forecast for 2023.

Utility Dive published an interview article with Jon Williams, the CEO of Viridi Parente, parent company of Volta Energy Products. Williams stated Volta plans to bring between 750 to 1,000 battery storage units using KULRs technology to market in 2022, increasing up to 50,000 units in 2023.

We believe this could equate to revenue of at least $80 Million from this order in 2023 if prices per unit were to remain constant and the maximum number of units were shipped. Factoring in volume pricing discounts and conservatively assuming less than the maximum number of units being shipped, we anticipate revenue from this order is likely to generate revenue of at least $40 Million for KULR in 2023.

For 2023, we project a more than 10-fold increase revenue to $44 Million and EPS of $0.05. The dramatic increase in revenue and earnings is primarily due to the Volta order and continued organic growth.

KULR's 2022 Milestones Reached Put A Q4

Breakout in The Crosshairs

If there is one thing to know about KULR Technology Group Inc. NYSE KULR, it's this- they have positioned themselves to dominate the lithium-Ion battery safety market

You must pull it up right now and start your research on this company, or you could risk losing out on what could be the next potential breakout stock.

KULR Set To Dominate $554 Billion Energy Storage Market

With Their NEXT-Gen Breakthrough Cooling Solutions

The companys technology prevents battery explosions in the International Space Station. NASA picked the company's Thermal Runaway Shield TRS because its proprietary carbon fiber technology handles heat better than anything else on the market.

KULR Technology Group Inc. NYSE KULR develops, manufactures and licenses next-generation carbon fiber thermal management technologies for batteries and electronic systems. Leveraging the companys roots in developing breakthrough cooling solutions for NASA space missions and backed by a strong intellectual property portfolio, KULR enables leading aerospace, electronics, energy storage, 5G infrastructure, and electric vehicle manufacturers to make their products cooler, lighter and safer for the consumer.

KULRs space-tested technology could easily be the show stopper, but a look at the backers of this company suggests that its just getting started.

The companys advisory board features the co-founder of BYD, which is backed by Warren Buffet, and it has positioned itself as an interesting battery platform game-changer.

KULR Receives Seed Capital From Several

Billion Dollar Investment Firms

KULR received its early funding from investors willing to bet that this young company, arguably with technology ahead of its time, had the potential to change the world.

One of those seed investors was Xia Zuoquan, founding investor and director of BYD Co. Ltd., Chinas largest rechargeable battery maker. He also founded Zhengxuan Capital, an investment firm with over $1.5 Billion in assets under management, and in 2018 the same year he joined KULRs advisory board Zuoquan was named to the Forbes China Rich List.

Among more than 30 investments under Zhengxuan Capital, Zuoquan is an early investor in UBTech, a $5 Billion consumer robotics company, as well as in OneSpace, a competitor to Virgin Orbit and Rocket Lab.

Another backer of KULR, is Morio Kurosaki a seasoned executive and investor in Japans IT industry joined KULRs advisory board earlier this year. Like Zuoquan, Kurosaki is no stranger to investments in budding technologies.

Morio Kurosaki led early investments in Zoom NASDAQZM ContextLogic NASDAQWISH Treasure Data, acquired by ARM Holdings NASDAQNVDA Tubi, acquired by Fox Corporation NASDAQFOX Red Hot Labs, acquired by Google NASDAQGOOGL lvl5, acquired by DoorDash NYSEDASH Accel Technology, acquired by Marvell Technology Group NASDAQMRVL and Extreme DA, acquired by Synopsis NASDAQSNPS.

Current KULR Market Cap $150 Million

KULR a microcap with a market cap of approx. $150 Million spent years refining and co-developing its technology in collaboration with NASA while working with leaders in aerospace like Boeing NYSEBA, Ball Aerospace NYSEBLL, Airbus OTCEADSY, Lockheed Martin NYSELMT, Leidos NYSELDOS and Raytheon NYSERTX. To that end, KULR products have been used in the most extreme conditions where malfunction is not an option. Laptops on the International Space Station ISS use KULR technology and so does the Perseverance Rover currently cruising around Mars searching for signs of ancient life.

KULR Is Pioneering The $554 Billion Dollar EV Market

KULR is pioneering the global EV market with its breakthrough technology. That's a big consideration when assessing a more appropriate value for its stock. Remember, its expertise in providing thermal management and lithium-Ion battery safety solutions is essential to the growing energy storage market, which is expected to reach $554 Billion by 2035.

Why is that a big deal for KULR Because its Thermal Runaway Shield TRS technology prevents battery explosions. And industries are paying attention, as evidenced by the International Space Station and NASA utilizing KULR's proprietary carbon fiber technology to handle the massive heat needing to be absorbed by its products. And they aren't the only ones interested.

KULR has also expanded its strategic relationship with E-One Moli Energy Corporation for Molicel's battery cell supply, accelerating its role in serving high-value clients in an estimated $350 Million market. They aren't the only ones adding to previously announced agreements and contracts.

Lockheed Martin provided KULR a follow-on order for its PCM heat sink technology. Financial considerations weren't disclosed, but it's fair to assume that the potential from the deal, once LMT is through its evaluations, could lead to a massive contract. If so, it will add to the three-year multi-million deployment order for its Passive Propagation Resistant PPR solution suite from Volta Energy Products, a subsidiary of Viridi Parente Inc. This company just announced raising $95 million, much of which will be invested in developing 'fail-safe' lithium-ion battery technology.

That's not all. KULR also announced expanding a battery safety contract with NASA to test its lithium-ion cells for battery packs designed for the Artemis Program, a series of US-led international human spaceflight programs. That's not the first time NASA utilized KULR's technology its innovative carbon fiber thermal management solutions are included on the Mars Perseverance Rover and also used to keep components from freezing during NASA's NICER mission.

Furthermore, KULR collaborated on a project to safely ship and store laptop batteries aboard the International Space Station using its Thermal Runaway Shield TRS technology.

Most simply, KULR's technology is being used to protect multi-billion dollar assets. That does more than provide testament to its value it validates it.

KULR Joins The Russell Microcap Index

This incredible company was recently added to Russell Microcap index which will further add to institutional support. When a small-cap company gets included to an index you can expect the stock to eventually trade much higher.

KULR Inks 30 Contracts With NASA Litchfield Hills

Analyst Announce $7 Target

KULR inks over thirty contracts with NASA and deals with the Department of Transportation, U.S. Air Force, global business conglomerates, and companies critical to the national security interests, current weakness exposes opportunity.

Analysts at Litchfield Hills Research think so. They modeled for KULR shares to reach $7.00 in the coming quarters.

They highlight KULR's potential to grow from leveraging the technological firepower inherent to its NEXT-Gen cooling solutions. Revenue-generating opportunities from that technology include those from the aerospace, electronics, energy storage, 5G infrastructure, and electric vehicle manufacturers sectors. KULR technology makes their products cooler, lighter, and safer for consumers.

While several contracts can make that happen sooner than later, its deal with Volta Energy Products is one to watch near term. Currently, Volta plans to bring between 750 to 1,000 battery storage units using KULR's technology to market in 2022. But that number is expected to increase to upwards of 50,000 units in 2023. If so, revenues could appreciate exponentially, with some estimates suggesting at least $80 million can be accrued during 2023 if prices per unit remain constant and the maximum number of units were shipped. Even factoring in volume pricing discounts and the potential for less than the maximum number of units being shipped, expected revenues are still anticipated to eclipse $40 Million for KULR in 2023.

That's still just a part of the value inherent to KULR. Industry and regulatory initiatives enhance targeted opportunities, including those from battery recycling and clean energy solutions, which expands an already substantial global addressable market. Remember, it's a big market that's getting bigger, supported by market research indicating KULR's innovative technologies can target opportunities in the thermal management systems market expected to reach $24.8 billion by 2025. Lux Research, a global research and advisory firm, takes it a big step further.

They see the energy storage market's annual revenue potential explode higher, expecting it to become a $554 billion opportunity by 2035. Global green-energy initiatives, including zero-emissions goals, contribute to that lofty expectation. KULR's presence is felt.

KULR's Invents Breakthrough Technology For The Lithium Battery

That results from KULR's integrated design approach offering comprehensive solutions in thermal interface materials, lightweight heat exchangers, and protection against lithium-ion battery thermal runaway propagation. Those capabilities are being met with enthusiasm, especially from its ability to be designed to fit demanding configurations and applications.

That led to deals with some of the largest car companies in the EV sector, including a partnership with Andretti Technologies ATEC to provide thermal management and battery safety solutions to its electric SUV extreme racing team Andretti United Extreme E. That deal can also benefit from joint research to potentially co-market proprietary battery products and solutions. The EV sector isn't alone in driving value.

In addition to those mentioned, KULR is working with Leidos LDOS, with them capitalizing on KULR's best-in-class battery safety technology. KULR's recycling partner, Heritage Battery Recycling, is also adding to the value proposition, providing immediate and open access to commercial partners and customers after securing United Parcel Service UPS shipping certification. That certification does two things.

First, it allows for the shipment of batteries utilizing the KULR Safe Case products through UPS' vast shipping network. Second, it allows its U.S. Department of Transportation compliant Safe Case to be used as a safe and reusable shipping container for Li-Ion battery transportation up to 2.1KWh, an allowance providing KULR's major recycling partner a safe shipping container that can handle batteries above 300Wh. With billions of lithium-Ion batteries needing proper disposal, the opportunities in play are enormous.

KULR Locks In Revenue From Defense Giant Lockheed Martin

Adding to the active 2022 revenue stream is an initial order from Lockheed Martin totaling approximately $500,000 for its PPR battery systems. Like its deal with Volta, this one too is front-loaded, with the initial order set for immediate delivery and a potential starting point in the working partnership as LMT evaluates KULRs technological advancements in PPR energy products for its Advanced Energy Systems. Other deals strengthen the operating tailwind.

KULR announced expanding its services with Heritage Battery Recycling due to HBRs merger with Retriev Technologies, creating the largest lithium-ion battery recycler in North America. That expansion adds to the existing e-bike and scooter customer programs, positioning KULR with significant sales opportunities from providing safe transportation logistics to Retrievs battery collection operations in North America.

That deal fits nicely with KULR joining Clarios in the U.S. Department of Energys lithium-ion battery lifecycle initiative to develop the manufacturing and reuse of lithium-ion batteries and their chemical elements in the United States for the purpose of domestic national interest. In other words, battery safety is a hot topic from the private sector to the public interest, and moreover, that discussion is generating real-time opportunities for KULR.

By the way, KULR and its investors arent the only ones bullish on the near-term future. Analysts at Litchfield Hills Research Group appear to be so as well.

Litchfield Hills Research Expects 400% Upside

They recently updated research suggesting KULR shares are significantly undervalued and set a 12-month price target of $7 per share, a more than 400% increase from its current price. Litchfield based its bullish thesis on the discounted value of future earnings and its valuation relative to comparable firms in the industry. They argue that an expected surge in revenues over the next twelve months could and should tighten the valuation disconnect. Of course, that makes sense.

KULR is doing its part to make that happen, with initiatives and expenditures in Q4 setting up 2022 to be its best year in history. Theyre off to a great start, with updates suggesting that KULR may have already booked sales close to 2020 revenues in Q1 alone. And with Q4 investment accretive to Q1 and all of 2022, the bullish trend is expected to continue.

Keep in mind that those expenses included an aggressive expansion of its workforce, strengthening its infrastructure, and an ambitious RD and sales pipeline accretive to current and future quarters bottom line.

Knowing that companies dont often increase their employee headcount, including new senior positions, without substantial business growth could be a clue to expect another record quarter, with Q1 potentially the first of four record-setting reports in 2022. Thus, trading ahead of earnings next week may be a wise consideration.

KULR Positions To Rally

The bottom line is easy to understand KULR is exceptionally well-positioned for growth, and its shares are priced to surge. Moreover, KULRs sum of its parts, coupled with very bullish guidance, supports the case for the stock to trade appreciably higher.

Better yet, the confluence of those revenue-generating parts could be driving revenues higher faster than expected. And if so, the current $1.40 share price on Monday could be the launchpad for a sustained and justified move to the upside, even in broader market weakness.

Thus, totaling KULRs intrinsic value with its inherent potential from its contracts with several of the worlds largest companies, KULRs share price is too attractive to ignore.
